Clinical Chartboook
Looking to go paperless? The Clinical Chartbook is a revolutionary edgeMD tool for storing and viewing Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
The Clinical Chartbook provides quick and easy access to high-resolution images, including X‑rays, digital photos, and DICOM image sets.
When edgeMD is combined with an AxiotronTM ModBookTM or a Mac with a Wacom® tablet, you can annotate any image in the Clinical Chartbook and the software will interpret the notes and store the translated text with the images.
You can also use the Clinical Chartbook to identify problem areas to patients by drawing on the images, and the patient can sign off on medical procedures right then and there—by writing a digital signature on the Clinical Chartbook.
All captured text is searchable. You can quickly locate clinical information stored anywhere within the Clinical Chartbook. The data can also be exported and shared with other doctors.
Interactive Reporting
You can't keep your practice on top if you don't know what's happening. Our unique Interactive Reporting allows the user to move quickly from the report itself to the procedure, patient, or event that is being reported.
